Best Theme Parks in The USA

I’m constantly looking for my next thrill. The last couple of adrenaline activities included jumping out of planes, climbing cliffs and jumping off them, and riding the rapid white water of a raging river. One way I love to get my thrills though is at a theme park.

It’s one of my favourite ways to spend a day full of action, screams and laughs. There are dozens of great theme parks in the USA. Each one with its own unique set of rides and daily excitement. This spring I’m going to visit my favourite parks around the continental United States. This is my list of favourite.

Orlando Studios

Orlando’s most famous theme park and arguably the most famous in the whole state of Florida, Universal Orlando is an adventure land for the old and young. The park has rides themed and based on popular movies made by the Universal Studios corporation. These include The Simpsons ride, Harry Potter world, Revenge of the Mummy, Men in Black and Despicable Me Minions ride. These rides are more visual based rather than physical rides that spin, roll and fly.

Disney World

The place where magic lives and dreams can come true. This theme park is a mega world dreamland that brings out the child in all of us. A visit here brings us into the world that Disney creates in each of its enchanting films. The theme park and resort is designed as a place to take a family holiday and discover the many rides, attractions and shows the park has to offer.

Cedar Park

Is a theme park on Lake Erie in Sandusky Ohio. The 365-acre grounds have 16 roller coasters, the second most in the world next to six flags magic Mountain. If you love your rides fast and furious then this the place to visit. The newest roller coaster, the Steel Vengeance is set to open in May 2018.

Busch Gardens

This theme park in Tampa Bay, Florida has an African based theme. Each section of the park is named and decorated like a country in Africa. There are dozens of roller coasters, rides and animal viewing areas. This park is one of the most visited in the state of Flordia.

6 Flags Magic Mountain

If you want a full day of thrills then Magic Mountain is your park. This park boasts 19 rollercoasters. The most of any on earth! It is located just outside of Los Angeles. The park has been open since the 1970’s and is continually updating and integrating new and exciting rides
